What we collect
When you submit the live qualification form, we collect your name, email, state of residence, optional phone number, timeshare and resort details, mortgage and payment status, maintenance-fee range, ownership usage, selected concerns, and any notes you choose to provide.
We also record your selected contact permissions, the wording and version presented, the submission time, the site origin, a request reference, and a pseudonymous hash derived from your IP address and browser information. Campaign tags in the page URL may be included to identify the source of an inquiry. Do not put sensitive information in URL tags.
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, device and browser information, and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for abuse. The website also uses Google Fonts to display type; your browser may contact Google’s font servers.
Quiz answers are kept in page memory until you submit, reload, or leave the page. The fee calculator runs in your browser. No advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or advertising cookies are included in this version.
How we use and disclose information
We use your inquiry to review your circumstances, respond using your selected contact channels, organize follow-up, protect against abuse, and maintain a record of consent.
Authorized service providers may process the information to host and secure the site, store inquiries, deliver email, send staff alerts, or manage a customer relationship system. The configured infrastructure uses Amazon Web Services; optional staff SMS delivery uses Amazon SNS or Twilio. The configured CRM receives the inquiry and consent record for business follow-up.
Internal text alerts contain a request reference rather than your contact details. Text messages to you require your separate opt-in and are managed through the business’s messaging/CRM system. SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary messaging service providers may process them to deliver the requested service.
We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in this website configuration. We may disclose information as reasonably required by applicable law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect people and systems. If business practices change, this notice must be updated.
Storage, security, and retention
We use encrypted transport, access controls, and encrypted primary storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
The default live configuration schedules primary inquiry records for deletion after 90 days. Automatic deletion may be delayed by the storage service. Limited backups, email inboxes, CRM records, and operational records may persist under their separate retention settings; the business must manage those systems consistently with its needs and applicable requirements. Operational logs are configured for 30 days, and direct contact information is excluded from application error logs.
Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. This service is intended for adults. Do not submit information for a child under 18.
Your contact choices and privacy requests
Email is used to respond to your requested review. Text-message consent and a requested phone call are separate optional choices. You can request an email response without opting in to texts or calls. Text consent is not a condition of purchasing a service.
Reply STOP to a text message to opt out of that messaging program; reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact us to update preferences, request access or correction, or ask for deletion. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
The website does not include a sale or targeted-advertising mechanism. Browser privacy signals therefore do not change such processing in this configuration. We will update this notice if those practices change.
